Anagramania takes anagrams and uses them to create a game that provides learning and cognitive skill development while having fun! What is an anagram?; Anagram is a word or phrase formed by re-arranging the letters of another word or phrase. You see, until now, anagrams have always been a simple concept which was designed to be figured out by one individual person at a time. Anagramania takes this concept of the anagram and evolves it into a multi-player game of education and fun!

Anagramania is a most unique as well as popular game; it brings Anagrams to a whole new level of challenge and creativity! Unlike typical anagram word puzzles, the clues in Anagramania are not just the source word or words from which the answer is derived. Instead, the anagram clues do contain the source words, but they also provide a hint or definition of the correct solution. Now that is an added twist that creates a whole new level of challenge and understanding. Once you being playing the game, time flies by so fast because you are so engrossed in your competitive play.

In the review of Anagramania, I provided the game for play with a group teachers and other school staff to get their input in regard tom the pros and cons with the game. Never did I imagine what was about to follow. As I stated earlier, the game is addictive. I learned a serious lesson here, NEVER give Anagramania to a group of teachers and school staff to evaluate and expect a prompt reply. The teachers and fellow staff played on and on for a few hours! I will never forget those immortal words..."C'mon, just one more game!". I heard that sentence plenty of times.

As you can clearly see, the choice of having teachers and school staff play the game, provided a powerful testimony as to the potential held within this product and the popularity of play. As Sharon, the clerical admin for a local Las Vegas school put it, "I never imagined playing a board game could still be so much fun!" "I will have to recommend the school district look into adopt the use of this game in our schools." As in past experiences where I have introduced the game to people, the result is always the same. Whether the persons playing are teachers, parents, kids, or librarians, they wil play the game for hours and spread the word of the experience playing the game to many others.

There are plenty of educational games on the map but Karmel Games has established a high demand for their innovative educational games, especially Anagramania. This game is truly a must-have educational game for not just schools, but households as well.

Using a 30-sided letter die and an enhanced board design (picture at left), the Spoke 'n Word game offers more tactical board play than the Original Edition.
